Harley’s Home!
Our online getaway winner, Harley Metz, arrived home a few weeks ago from his complimentary stay with us at Kississing Lake Lodge. It was great meeting Harley; wonderful guest to host! To top his trip off he caught a trophy 36" Lake Trout. Here's what he had to say about his stay:
Dear Curt and Juanita,
I've just returned from my fishing adventure in Manitoba. I was the winner of your Free Getaway Trip that you offered on your website. The unique part of this adventure was at the time my name was drawn I was in Flin Flon, Manitoba on my own do it yourself fishing trip. After I learned of my luck I called your office and they scheduled me for my trip to your Kississing Lodge.
The five days at Kississing Lake were a diehard fisherman's dream come true. My guide John led me to his best fishing locations where we landed walleye, northern pike and beautiful lake trout. John's ability to navigate this huge lake and its thousands of islands was truly amazing.
The fishing was world class but the best part of this adventure was the wonderful staff and guides at Kississing Lodge. I have never experienced a more professional and accommodating group of people. It goes without saying the lodge accommodations were superb and the meals were the best.
