Monster Fish

The vast Kississing waters withhold a fishing adventure that may very well provide you with the best fishing of your life! It’s not just the endless numbers of fish you’ll be catching that provides all of the excitement, its size of these monsters! Guests set out each day to take the prize of the biggest trophy or the most fish caught. We had one group of two that caught over 300 fish in one day! And another group who caught 3 trophy’s on a short evening fly-out! Does it get any better than that?! Just be sure to bring along line strong enough to reel in that 48” monster that is awaiting your lure below the surface!

The even better part is that Kississing provides outstanding fishing for Northern Pike, Walleye, and Lake Trout from mid May all the way to early October, meaning you’ll be able to experience Ultimate Fishing in the Northern Canadian spring, summer or fall! And even better than that, we’ll set you up with one of our legendary guides who have been fishing the lake for years to take you to all their secret spots. We’ll set you up with one of our legendary guides who’ve been fishing the lake for years, and stand ready to reveal their secret spots to you. Our guides have an inherent understanding and knowledge of the region, including weather conditions and other factors that may affect active angling. Fishing is a part of their livelihood and culture; they know the patterns of the fish for every season and weather condition. Your GPS can’t tell you the location of the best fishing spots, but your guide can. And he can advise you on tackle and teach you stealth-like skills in netting the big one. He provides you with a huge advantage over the fish. That’s why he’s a legend in his own right.

Long Summer Days

There are few places in the world where you can fish long after dinner is done and still be guided by the comforting light of the sun. Kississing is one of them. During late spring and throughout the entire summer, the sun goes down for only about six hours at night. What better place to make the most of your fishing adventure?

If you haven’t had enough fishing during the day, we offer you the opportunity to head out after dinner for more. You can even opt for an early dinner followed by some evening fishing with a guide closer to the lodge.
